DELIVERY & RETURNS
We will aim to dispatch your order via Royal Mail the same day if your purchase is made before 2pm. Orders made after 2pm will be processed the next working day.
We advise that you allow 5 days for your item to be sent but we will always do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail with an exception of parcels weighing more than 2KG may be sent via alternative courier services.

Please be aware that incorrect shipping option selection may cause a delay in dispatching of your item/s.
If you choose the 'Click & Collect' option to pick up your purchase instore please be sure to bring proof of purchase and personal identification with you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return or exchange an item please click the 'Download Return/Exchange Form' button below and follow the instructions. Please make sure that this form
is returned with the item to help us process the exchange/return as soon as possible.
You must notify us of your intention you return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
You then have a futher 14 days to send your item/s back to us. The item must be in original condition with all packaging, labels/tags intact.
Footwear must not have been worn outdoors as any marks to soles will cause the footwear to not be eligible for return.
Returned footwear should contain all original packaging. The box should have no defects, postal stickers, labels or visable tears.
If your item is defective or contains a manufacturers error we will gladly issue you with a full refund when we have received and inspected the item.
Please allow up to 7 days upon us receiving item for your exchange/return to be processed. We will do our best to process the returned item as soon as possible.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns/exchanges for socks & underwear for health and hygiene reasons unless the item is unworn but damaged.
Return postage cost must be paid by the customer whether the item is being sent back for an exchange or refund and is to be sent with a proof of delivery.
If you are returning an item that is faulty, or for any reason that is a mistake on our part, we will re-inburse the cost of the return postage.
We always try to pack all items in original brand packaging but please note that your item may be picked from our shop floor and may be sent in a brand-free
clear plastic sealed bag.
